One year after the French “Non” for the European Constitution, I find an interesting text (in french) written by a teacher. It’s long and sometimes not neutral text. However it gives us some criteria that a right constitution should respect. The author takes the european and french constitutions as examples and analyze them for each criterium. The results are not very optimistic… (for the lazy guys like me, see the summarized tables at the end of the page).
